Sawako Nakayasu is an artist working with language, performance, and translation – separately and in various combinations. Her books include Some Girls Walk Into The Country They Are From (forthcoming, Wave Books), Pink Waves (forthcoming, Omnidawn), and The Ants (Les Figues Press).
