Rebecca May Johnson is a writer and academic who recently left London to live by the sea. Johnson earned a PhD in Contemporary Literature at UCL and her monograph (2019) is about the 2007 feminist rewriting of the Odyssey by the German poet Barbara Köhler. She is working on her first non-fiction book about pleasure and resistance in the kitchen.
