Kim Kyung Ju
Kim Kyung Ju is one of the most prominent younger writers in South Korea. He has written over 10 books of poetry, essays and dramaturgy, including I Am a Season that Does Not Exist in the World, which was published in English by Black Ocean in 2016. He has been awarded some of the most prestigious literary awards in Korea, including the Kim Soo Young Prize. Before he became a poet, he worked as a copywriter, ghostwriter and wrote pornographic novels. Currently he is working on the poetry / hip-hop project Poetic Justice with the Korean rapper Mc Meta and a chapbook of his poems will be published by clinic in the UK this summer.
