Kathleen McCaul Moura is a writer, journalist and mother of two daughters. As a journalist she has worked for the BBC, the Guardian and al-Jazeera. She is working on a PhD at the University of East Anglia, investigating the way the infrastructure and architecture of São Paulo affect the literature created there.
