Sagnik Datta is from Siliguri, India. He has a B.Tech. in Engineering Physics from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, and an MFA in Creative Writing from University of Texas at Austin. He is currently working on a novel.
Sagnik Datta’s ‘The Divine Pregnancy in a Twelve-Year-Old Woman’ is the Asian regional winner of the 2018 Commonwealth Short Story Prize.
