Robert Becker is the author of Nancy Lancaster; Her Life, Her World, Her Art (Knopf) and a forthcoming book about Hawaii. He was an associate editor of the Paris Review, a senior editor of Andy Warhol’s Interview, and has written most recently for Hyperallergic, Artforum and The New Criterion.
