Patrick Ball is an American statistician and human rights advocate who works at the non-profit Human Rights Data Analysis Group (HRDAG) in San Francisco, California. His work supports projects with the United Nations, various truth commissions, and international criminal tribunals. Ball is a Fellow at the Human Rights Center at Berkeley, a Visiting Fellow at the University of Essex, and a Research Fellow at Carnegie Mellon’s Center for Human Rights Science.
