Miroslav Penkov

Miroslav Penkov was born and raised in Bulgaria. He is the author of the story collection East of the West and teaches at the University of North Texas, where he is a fiction editor for American Literary Review. His novel, Stork Mountain, is forthcoming from Farrar, Straus and Giroux.
