Günter Grass
Günter Grass (1927-2015) was a German novelist, poet, and playwright. His novels include The Danzig Trilogy (comprising The Tin Drum, Cat and Mouse and Dog Years), The Call of the Toad and The Flounder. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1999.
