Debbie Hicks is Creative Director at The Reading Agency, a national charity that inspires people of all ages and backgrounds to read for pleasure and empowerment. Debbie oversees the delivery of the charity’s creative programmes; she also specialises in reading, health and public libraries and has played a leading role in national research as well as policy and strategy work in this area.
