Antonio Lobo Antunes
Antonio Lobo Antunes was born in Lisbon in 1942. His novels include What Can I Do When Everything’s On Fire? (2001) and The Inquisitor’s Manual (2004). He has also written extensively (in Portuguese) on Lewis Carroll. ‘South of Nowhere’, appearing in Granta 6, was his first work published in English.
