Julian Baggini is Academic Director of the Royal Institute of Philosophy and the co-founder of The Philosophers' Magazine. He has published ten books of philosophy with Granta Books, including Freedom Regained, The Virtues of the Table, and The Ego Trick. He has written for numerous newspapers and magazines, as well as for the think tanks The Institute of Public Policy Research, Demos and Counterpoint. His latest book is How the World Thinks: A Global History of Philosophy.
