I joined Granta in 2022 and assist the magazine team day-to-day. Previously, I have worked as a copywriter, a reader and as a scout at a literary agency. In translation, I have recently enjoyed Simple Passion by Annie Ernaux, which I admired for its precise distillation of love and limerance, as well as Happiness, As Such by Natalia Ginzburg – a tender, gossipy story that is as tragic as it is funny. A book that I frequently recommend: Cassandra at the Wedding by Dorothy Baker.
