Granta 112: Pakistan celebrates writing from a nation of over 200 million people speaking nearly sixty languages. Brought into nationhood under the auspices of a single religion, but wracked with deep separatist fissures and the destabilising forces of ongoing conflicts in Iran, Afghanistan and Kashmir, Pakistan is one of the most dynamic places in the world today.
The autumn 2010 issue features writing from Mohsin Hamid, Kamila Shamsie, Nadeem Aslam and Fatima Bhutto among many.
This issue of Granta comes with a free poster of the cover design by Islam Gull.
420 x 594mm. Posters will be packaged in a recycled cardboard tube.
