Karin Lidén is the author of a number of books on the Soviet Union and works in the Education Department of Swedish Broadcasting. Her interviews, with Carola Hansson (‘Moscow Women’, Granta 8), were published as Moscow Women: Thirteen Interviews (Pantheon Books, 1983).
