Janet Hendrickson teaches Spanish at the University of Iowa. Her translation of The Future is Not Ours, an anthology of twenty young Latin American fiction writers was published in 2012. Her translations have appeared in Zoetrope: All-Story, n+1 and Words Without Borders, among others.
