Hilary Mantel
Hilary Mantel is the author of Wolf Hall and Bring Up the Bodies, winners of the 2009 and 2012 Man Booker Prize. She was the first woman to win this award twice. Her final book was The Mirror and the Light, a conclusion to her trilogy about Thomas Cromwell. She died in 2022.
