Anne Marie Jackson is the main translator of Teffi’s Subtly Worded  and a co-translator, with Robert Chandler and Rose France, of a selection of Teffi’s shorter memoirs and autobiographical stories forthcoming from Pushkin Press and NYRB Classics.
