Yoko Ogawa
Yoko Ogawa’s fiction has appeared in The New Yorker, A Public Space and Zoetrope. Since 1988 she has published more than forty works of fiction and non-fiction, and she has won Japan’s most prestigious literary awards. A translation of her novel Kamoku na shigai, midara na tomurai (Revenge) has been shortlisted for the 2014 Independent Foreign Fiction Prize.
