Marilynne Robinson
Marilynne Robinson (b. 1943) is the author of four novels. Housekeeping (1980) won a Hemingway Foundation/PEN award for best first novel and was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. Gilead (2004) received the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, the 2004 National Book Critics Circle Award for Fiction and the 2005 Ambassador Book Award. Home (2008) was a finalist for the 2008 National Book Award.
