Lara Vapnyar

Lara Vapnyar moved to the US from Russia in 1994. She is the author of three novels and two story collections and the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship. Her stories and essays have appeared in the New Yorker, the New York Times, Harper’s and Vogue. Her most recent novel is Still Here.
