Jaroslav Seifert
Jaroslav Seifert was a writer, poet, and journalist. He was awarded the 1984 Nobel Prize for Literature. Born in 1901, he was the first Czech winner of the prize and was one of the original members of the Charter 77 human rights movement. He died in 1986.
